This Reserve Irish Cheddar is made from milk from grass fed cows and is aged for 2 years before I smoked it over natural Cherry wood.
The end result is a deliciously rich and creamy cheese with a hint of salt and an added smokey element.
Fantastic on a Charcute Board on a great way to elevate a grilled cheese sandwich.
