I hand pick fantastic tasting Canadian and Imported cheeses which I then cold smoke over cherry wood to enhance and elevate the flavour.

These cheeses make a great addition to a Charcuterie board, will elevate any sandwich and are a fantastic gift.

They are a seasonal item and made in small batches so supplies are limited and selections will vary.
