• 2pc Pork Tenderloin per pack - approximately 800 grams
• Natural Alberta Pork - free from hormones and anti-biotics.
• Taken from the whole pork loin.
• Vacuum sealed and frozen. 

These pork tenderloins are both delicious and versatile.  They are the most tender cut of pork and are also very lean.  They can be marinated or rubbed with your favorite spice mix, oven roasted or grilled.  Any way you prepare them the end result will be fantastic.
